Open all year round. Rentals accepted for week ends out of season and bank holidays.

EQUIPMENT
Dish washer, micro wave oven, electric and gas cooking rings, fridge - freezer.
Traditional oven. TV at your disposal. 'Phone (with limited access).
Electric heating, meter in apartment: first 50 kilowatts free, thereafter 0,15€ per kilowatt.
Baby bed - Garden furniture, barbecue - shared washing machine.

BOOKINGS
25% upon reservation, 50 % if less than a month from the start of the stay
(we accept Travellers' Checks as well as Chèques Vacances).
The balance due is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Deposit guarantee: 350 €, it is returned at the end of the stay
if no damage to either the equipment or the premises has occurred.
Housecleaning 75 € obligatory if you have a pet.
Possibility of bed linen rental: 8 €/bed. Fixed price for house linen: 20 €
Accommodation Tax of 0,90€ per day and per person, except for children under 10 years old.
